The competition is addressed to foreign workers and their employers. Many foreigners work in Poland or even directly in Polish homes as a home-keeper or a nanny. The aim of this competition is to exchange information about the situation of foreigners on Polish job market in all areas of employment, for example in commerce, construction, restaurant business, but also in private homes. On the other hand, it hopes to motivate people who employ migrants to share their experiences and impressions about people with whom they have spent a lot of time and built close relationships.

We accept all forms of expression: essays, journals, blogs, poems, songs, photos, films, anecdotes, letters, paintings and others, as long as they portray the situation of foreigners on the Polish job market, the joys and the problems related to working in Poland or dealing with public authorities in matters related with legalizing work in Poland. In April of 2011 a jury of representatives of NGOs, public officials, experts and journalist will select three most valuable contributions. The results will be published no later than on May 13^th. The three best contributions will receive a NETBOOK, a CAMERA and a MOBILE PHONE during a final ceremony which will be a great opportunity to meet other foreigners and the jury.
